Question / Help FPS Drops Streaming League

Hello when I am streaming 720p60 I get a very mild FPS drop from 60 to 45~ or so even when I lower my game settings from Ultra to Low, I'm using window capture right now so I'm not sure if I just need to upgrade my hardware or I'm just using the wrong settings. Any help would be awesome, I'll check back in 10 or so minutes after my shower.

Instead of windows capture mode, have you tried using game capture, and then selecting league? You will see it on a drop down list when you have the league game running, and not the client. :)

Still the same way, my CPU usage spikes to 80% randomly I noticed.
