Hello everyone, I'll keep it short.
Basically I don't have any problems when recording, the problem is whatever I have recorded the first half of the video has really bad FPS drops but the second half of the video is a constant 60fps. Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWh36Q80RII&feature=youtu.be
As you can see it doesn't look smooth at all, but if you skip to 1:30 it looks very good and smooth. I record with OBS using AMD VCE Encoder, Had no problems when recording, it's just the finish product I have problems with.
