Question / Help FPS Drops in Leauge while streaming

I tried every possilbe option in OBS Classic but my frames keep dropping randomly from 60 to 20. When i record i have have constant 100 fps+ but as soon as I stream they drop.

My specs
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core
16 GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 970 4 GB
