Question / Help FPS drops in League of Legends

Hi, when i turn on my stream + some chrome tabs with my stream open so i can check if the quality is good, if i go into the game i got huge fps lag when i have V-sync on/off. And this is not usual because i had a gtx 650 and i didn't get this problem now with a way better graphics card i get this problem :(

My monitor Res: 1920x1080
Streaming at: Resized 720p/60fps

Help please it may be some pc configuration related with nVidia and i don't know how to fix it.
My system specs:

CPU: i7 4790K @ 4GHz
MB: Asus Z97-PRO GAMER
RAM: 2x8GB 1866MHz
GPU: Asus STRIX GTX970 GDDR5 4GB
Power Supply: Hummer80 750W
OS: Windows 7 64bit Professional

I have all my nVidia drivers up to date and windows up to date.
Help me please :(

i've got the same prob, i just got a new pc and tried to put the settings in like it was recomended but league getting in game my fps goes to 10-12 fps comming down from 60fps
i don't know what the problem is atm tbh

Same here, tested it so far with LoL and HotS. Nothing helps so far, i was able to stream 2-3 months ago with the same hardware and same settings before without any problems. Right now i have FPS drops and also small ping issues.
