Hi guys very new to streaming and very noob with this sort of stuff. So here is the problem i play alot of games but the main game i play is CS GO but out of all my games it the only one that im experiencing laggy game. LOL / GW2 etc..all working fine/decent...but i cant play cs go with these random screen freezes. Guess ill leave my Specs and stuff here!
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 Cpu @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8GB Crucial
GFX Card: AMD R7 200 (2gb)

In game i use all the lowest settings i can and my resolution is 1920x1080 16:9.
Not sure what i need to post from OBS. I use CBR and 3500/3500 in the bitrate section. I play on 1920 x 1080 but i down scale it to 1.50 (720)...30 FPS......Bilinear (fastest)....Disable Aero....x264 preset VeryFast....Encoding profile MAIN....use multithreaded optimisation....
we do have a laptop and girlfriends PC next to me. The laptop is better and has 4gb Ram, i5, built in graphics so if i could use that one for OBS and my one for CS GO would that work? so confusing lol#
I dont know what else you would need...All im using is Game Capture for Counter Strike, Webcam and overlay. I just want to be able to play the game smooth so any help would be appriciated!
