Hi guys

I have issues with OBS dropping frames when I play poker.

I have 6 scenes setup. So when I start OBS everything is fine IF I don't change scene. But if I change scene....FPS drops down to 5-8 FPS which is fucking shitty. I know I use monitor capture and Aero need to be disabled and it is! BUT WHAT TO DO ELSE? I'm desperat really

It's not really possible when playing poker as far as I know.

I change tables all the time so its not possible to use game capture or of any of the others. It needs to capture a specific area of my screen where the tables are.
This is the recent one:

After I just put in a new CPU: AMD FX 8350 4Ghz overclocked. That didn't seem to help one bit.

The problem is really when I change scenes. Let's just say I only use scene 1 for a stream. FPS won't change one bit. Or both scene 1 and 2. But if I start using like 3-4 scenes it drops like hell.

My webcam is 720P and i downscaled it to 640x360 and resolution is downscaled by 2.5.

But no matter what I do same shit happens. I can run high resolution with no issues and change scenes then the same things happens.

So I tried pretty much everything

But there seems to be a issue with me using monitor capture, and it keeps saying I don't have disabled Aero....well I have checked it and disabled it manually aswell on windows.

That log is from a Windows 10 machine. You can't disable Aero on Win10. Also, Monitor Capture works fine in Win10 with Aero on. It's just for Win7 that it needs to be off (and there's a workaround that works better anyway, but it doesn't matter as you're on Win10).

I honestly have no idea what's going on with that log. You seem to have several scenes that only have text sources and nothing else. Is that right?

Only thing I can imagine is having two Monitor Captures; if they're global and conflicting with one another, it might cause problems.

Also, you're using 3500kbps for a 360p@30fps stream. That's massively ridiculous overkill, especially for an ultra-ultra-low motion purpose like online poker. Your viewers will go deep into buffering hell for no reason. You could probably get by on 500kbps.
