Question / Help FPS drops during day, completely fine during night.

So I used the entire day yesterday, learning how to setup obs. And when I finally started streaming, it was on the late side in my country. And everything worked great, was streaming 720p 30fps with the bitrate set to 2500.

Now this morning when I tried to stream, I was dropping crazy amounts of fps. And ofc this is probably because of internet traffic on my line?

Anyways my question is should I have 2 different settings, one during day one during evening? And I find it silly that this should be a problem.

Help please? :)

I haven't made a post on the great interweb in a good amount of time, so I apologize if it can seem scattered, or hard to read.

And is there anyway to find the logfile from last night?
