Question / Help FPS drops csgo

Hello there, i'm a new streamer and i have some problems when it comes to fps on csgo when i stream.
When i dont stream i have 400 - 500 fps but when i do stream i have 150 and sometimes all the way down to 80 fps

I dont know why it drops or why my game is not smooth please help :s

In-game framerate drops are to be expected, and normal.
