I've been streaming games these past two nights after updating my OBS and I've noticed some FPS drops in my games, my OBS is working fine but I'm wondering if this is a issue with the recent update causing my games to lag now. It only happens while I'm using OBS and playing them and they were running with no lag at all a few days back.

We didn't really change anything in regards to capture.

I have to say I'm experiencing the same thing. Anything over the downscale settings of 960x540, I notice something which looks like dropped frames even though OBS doesn't report any. Capturing gameplay from my Elgato I notice this. I've never experience this before.
