Hello, this is my first time posting here. It's been about 2 days right now that my FPS has been dropping and once my bandwidth gets passed 700KB it would start to turn yellow and red. Thank you for replying Dodgepong. I have tried all those methods before I posted on here for help. The issue is that my bitrate was 2000kb for buffer and max bitrate and it was all green and fine for me. Two days ago I just had the same settings and now it can't even get past 700kb without turning yellow. Here is another log - https://gist.github.com/b33b8ad228a7fd642b1f . Thank you.
That thread has all the advice we can give you, so if you did everything in that thread, you should have a good idea of what the problem is at this point.

I am unable to use Shaperprobe because it keeps saying, "All Servers are Busy. Please Try again Later." I checked this an hour ago too. I have tried US East Coast, US West Coast, and also EU for Twitch. I have also used Xsplit Gamecaster and it was fine. I don't know what else I can try. Thank you again for replying.
