Question / Help FPS Drop when tabbing into a game

Whenever I try to start recording everything stays at 60 FPS but after I tab back into the game it starts to drop to 23-50

I really don't know what the problem is seems like a FPS shutter problem no clue.

I have the exact same problem. Whenever i try to record Overwatch it does like you said, drops to 25-38fps. Please someone with knowledge halp! In other games like csgo it works fine. Also game is at normal framerates.
