Question / Help FPS drop when streaming dual pc setup NDI plugin

guys i am having some weird obs issues, i run a 2 pc setup for gaming and streaming, se below for specs of each rig, i mainly do siege and last few days i have been getting crazy FPS drops
gaming pc
7700k
1070
32g ram
killer network inbuilt netowkr card

stream pc
1800x
690gt
32g ram

obs stream pc
4500 bit rate
720p res out
1080 base res

obs game pc
NDI
50000 bit rate (runs over network so thats why to other pc obs)
i capture game in 3440 and crush down to 1080
siege settings are all on med
res 3440
v sync off - frames drop on obs to 14fps
v sync on frames sit at 60 fps?
this has only happened last few days, anyone got any advice

Rico, we‘re also struggling with frame drops using ndi and seperate streaming rig. Could you check in the task manager (detailed view on each logical CPU) what your load on the first logical core (I.e. cpu0:0)?

Ours runs at 100%, while all others remain at 50%.
Just fishing in the dark, though..
