Question / Help FPS drop on stream, not in game

Hello OBS,

I really need help with my stream. I have tried so many things, a new graphic card a new cpu.
At the moment I got a nvidia gtx 650 ti and a intel i7 4770k oc to 4ghz.

The problem I got is fps drop on stream not in game, what is causing this problem?

I added the log, and I hope somebody can tell me for once and for all what is causing this fps drop on stream.

The log doesn't seem to indicate much of a performance loss. Can you link to a video of the stream where it had a low framerate? Or does it only happen on the stream, but not in the video?

Is there a particular part of that video that demonstrates the low FPS? That video looks pretty normal to me, but I didn't watch all 4 hours and 13 minutes of it.

Well no there isn't a particular part of the video, basically it is all. I don't know if you see it but there is like a slight fps drop (not smooth).

I compare my stream with other streamers and they don't have this. Like if you look closely and compare with other streamers, there isn't a little stuttering in the video. It is some weird lag, all I have to know is what is causing that fps drop/lag on twitch. My internet is fine, cpu is fine, graphic card is fine what else could it be? my HDD?

Go to 26:45 and you will see what I mean.
