Question / Help FPS drop on game

i was trying to stream league of legends and when i dont use streaming app i get like 140-150 fps then when i use it i get like 40-50 fps is it supposed to drop that much ?

Are you using your cpu(x264) for encoding?If yes have you changed the cpu preset from veryfast to something else ?
