Question / Help FPS Drop in Minecraft

I've been using this software for awhile. I love it!

After making YouTube videos for some time my game has started drastically losing fps while I'm recording.
In game I have a steady 90-100 frames, but it drops to 15 and under while recording.
I need some help! My setting are the same as ever, and my in-game setting shouldn't matter.

Your ingame settings absolutely matter as they control how much CPU and GPU power the game needs to run. Try limiting your frame rate to 60 or less using the ingame option and see if that helps.
