Question / Help FPS drop in games while local recording with X264

-GPU: Nvidea Geforce GTX 970 (Gigabyte)
-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
-Memory: 12 GB RAM DDR3
-Installed on Samsung SSD 250GB

how is it possible to lag so massively with these specs, even on low bitrates as low as 3500 when a week ago it still could handle 15000 with no problem. For example I was playing Elite: Dangerous and without recording im having 210 FPS, and when i start recording it varies from 120 to 100 and drops from 120 to 77 and it drops soo frequent that its becoming annoying and i know there is a fix but I just don't know how to make it work
 
nope the issue was the cpu not being pushed hard against the Motherboard so it was on half power or less its now the speed it needs to be so my mistake
