Question / Help FPS Drop In-game

I play League of Legends and streamed using xSplit. I am trying to switch to OBS but I have one tiny problem and I can't seem to fix it no matter what I change in the settings. I drop and lose FPS when I am using OBS while streaming. I consistently have 60 FPS in game with or without streaming when I use xSplit. However, When I stream with OBS I drop half of my FPS and my frames drop down to 30.

If I had to guess, you're using Monitor Capture with Aero enabled. Make sure it's disabled if you're using monitor capture, otherwise it'll be quite laggy.

The log you posted doesn't really show any problems, are you sure it's from a stream that was lagging for you?

I turn on my stream and its fine for like 5 seconds but as soon as the stream comes online on Own.3D.tv, I just get a huge lag spike

Actually I think I figured out the problem. Its whenever I stream and I have my Stream up at the same time I start having lags.

Ah, yeah. It is not recommended to watch your stream while streaming. You can thank Flash for being awesome *eyeroll*
