Can anyone help me my FPS keeps dropping when I try to stream or record, I have lowered the bitrate from 2000 to 1500 to 1000 and it still doesnt work what should I do, here is the log

either lower your downscale resolution to something like 480p (you only have a dual core CPU) since that is to high for x264 or try this fork of OBS which I think will work with your APU:

you might have to capture with window capture with compatibility mode enabled though or if your game is full screen, you'll have to change the GPU in the video tab of OBS to use the APUs GPU.

Not sure if that last option will work, you will have to find a way to enable the onboard GPU to get VCE to work somehow...
