I never had any problem of rocket league playing in full hd all high for the 60 fps constants in live.
And now after this patch every 3-4 seconds the fps drop to 20 and back to 60 for no reason, I tried to put it all to a minimum and does not change anything, either in the menu in the game rise and fall all the time.
After some tests I discovered that it is obs when you preview or live in that fps drop for no reason.
