Question / Help fps drop after 10-15 minutes

heey guys..
i really need some help with this
i have just bought a new pc
the specs is
AMD FX-8350
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
ASRock 970M Pro3
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (MSI)
Windows 10 Home 64-bit

im playing counter strike global offensive
and without streaming there is nothing wrong
