Question / Help FPS and CPU Lag When Streaming

When I stream my FPS drops significantly, and my CPU usage goes up to 80% to 100%, i have a very nice computer, I shouldnt be experiancing this much lag.

Specs:
I5 3450 @ 3.1 GHZ
8GB Ram
Nvidia GT 640

If someone could remind me of the program that makes a log file of all your specs i'd be happy to post that.

This will contain all the relevant information. I can tell you right now though, that your GPU is not doing you any favors, it's pretty low end, unfortunately.
