Question / Help Forwarding pre-recorded video during livestream in Youtube?

I was recently running a prerecorded video, about 25 minutes in, and bumped by mouse, which clicked on the next scene. i went back to the video but it restarted from the beginning. NOTE: this was during a live stream!

Is there a way to advance the video in OBS Studio to the place where I left off, BEFORE I cast it back to the live stream? Or do I need to advance it while it is set to run in the live stream? Thanks

There is no scrub control for media sources, no.
OBS is not meant to be used as a dead-file video jukebox, it's meant to be a live-streaming production tool.
