For some reason i can't load one module

I downloaded the move transition plugin and whatever I do it doesn't show up in obs. I think i have all the dependencies and i do not see antything in the logs besides: "14:52:03.567: Module '../../obs-plugins/32bit/move-transition.dll' not loaded". I would love some help.

Are you sure you downloaded the right version of Move Transition? The current version (2.7.1) is only compatible with OBS 28. You have OBS 27.1.3 and need version 2.6.1 of Move Transition.
