Question / Help Follower Alerts don't work unless I'm testing them!

I've been having problems with OBS that whenever someone follows, their popup doesn't come up, but when I test the Follow Alert, it works fine. Would be glad if someone could give me a solution or fix this if this is a bug. All other alerts but Following work.

What version of OBS? If you're on the latest version of studio with the included browser source, this issue should be resolved.

No, but the issue is in TwitchAlerts (Stream Labs), not OBS for me so I need a solution in the Stream Labs Forum
