Question / Help Follower alert ? how ?

I just got a follower alert program called twitch alert, but i dont think its what people use.
The one I am seeing on some streams dont have a background, anyone know what can be used ? it seems to work with donations , subs AND followers.

You can set the colors to be the same or use a custom background.

So it will be entirely green for example with the text in it.

I think someone has made a tool for something like that in the Tools and Scripts forum. Might want to give it a look.
