'Hello i have checked the post the mod done, it's okey i don't undertsand still why my stream keeps buffering.
I need help my PC is

Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM - 16GB
64 BIT

And speed test with FIBER

You can't fix buffering, it's out of your control.

Post a logfile. If you're using more than 2000kbps bitrate and aren't a Partnered Twitch caster, stop it. 720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast.
