Bug Report Flickering Recording

I just got OBS to record videos for my YouTube channel, but whenever I record, the recording comes out as flickering. When I say flicker, I mean that the screen cuts out and you can see my home background. I tried changing the resolution to my monitor resolution, and lowering the frame rate but neither work. Does anyone know a fix?

Do you run the NVIDIA binary driver?

Okay, I've tried the Force Full Composition Pipeline thing, but for some reason I just don't have the little box to tick off for it.

I think that flickering as nothing to do with the "Force Full Composition Pipeline" option. Instead you can try to disable OpenGL flipping: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/screen-tearing-on-nvidia-proprietary-drivers.53107/post-233614

Ah that's good to know. I knew it was fixable by the nvidia-settings app. I just thought it was the composition pipeline. Will make a note to myself it was the flipping option.
