Question / Help Flickering cursor

I am using OBS in Game Capture mode to broadcast League of Legends to Twitch. The flickering doesn't start until I'm in game, so badly that it's impossible to play. I have tried setting it so that it doesn't record the cursor but it still flickers.

Hardware:
AMD 8-core @ 3.3 GHz
1 stick 8GB DDR3 1600
Radeon HD 7700 SeriesW/ 1GB GDDR5
12Mbps Internet

Software:
OBS
League of Legends

Most recent log is included, I appreciate any and all help.

Do you have "Capture layered windows" on in monitor capture properties? I'm betting that's the problem.

However, you really shouldn't be using monitor capture on windows 7. You should be using game capture and/or window capture, ideally. It's a bit awkward to set up with windows 7, basically you should window capture the lobby window, and then game capture the in-game window and use a scenee switcher to switch between them as needed. Or upgrade to windows 8 if you want a better monitor capture.
 
@Jim I've only been using game capture, not monitor or window capture. What you're saying is I should set up one window capture scene for the lobby window, and then one game capture scene for once the game has started? I'll give it a shot and I'll let you know.
