Question / Help First Time Setting Up Stream, Wanna Do It Right NEED Help

Setting up OBS for the first time, I will be streaming all kinda of different types of games on my stream.
I know that I have the internet connection and computer to be able to stream with no issues just need to get the correct settings. Im going to list my computer specs and internet speeds in hope that some one can possibly guide me through the best set up for myself.

Motherboard:
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming

Processor: I7-4770k

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770

Ram: 16g

Internet speeds are from Verizon Fios 150mbs download/ 150mbs upload

I've found that this is mostly trial and error. I recommend using the initial settings outlined here and then make adjustments until you get a comfortable balance of performance vs quality. https://obsproject.com/estimator
