Final result very laggy and low quality

When im recording everything looks very clean and the frame rates are good, but when i watch the final video after the recording it looks very bad and looks like it skipps a few frames or something. i also checked my cpu and gpu while recording and those stats look very good. do i need to set my settings lower?

Use VLC to play back your videos. Do not use the default windows video player -- it does not handle 30+fps video properly.

Don't use non-standard framerates. 60fps or 30fps, nothing in between.

Stick with CQP for recording. The lower the value, the better the quality.

You're also running 2 monitors at different refresh rates, which means you should definitely update windows at least to version 2004, which includes fixes to mixed monitor GPU acceleration.
