Question / Help File Viewing Problems

Hey, I'm trying to open my recorded files but it only shows black. I've tried to open them with movie maker, and media player, but it's just shows black. I can see what I am recording and it is saved in the file destination but I can't see it, can anyone help?

It's still doesn't work, I can open the file but it shows 7 seconds of just black recording using vcl, movie maker and media player.
