Question / Help File Path Moved

I have been using OBS for the last 2 years to stream and have yet to change a file path setting or move the files manually, on thursday of this week i finished my normal stream just fine, but on friday when i was getting ready to start it i recieved this message. https://gyazo.com/0d992e3fb7c585f0d3c6a45a9a4a7f18

I can no longer launch my obs, I ran the uninstaller and deleted it manually with the reinstall 3 times and no luck. (also restarted PC twice)

I followed the file path and there is nothing past the username... Cant find appdata

Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated

Start > Run > Type in %appdata%

Move or delete the corrupt file listed in the screenshot.
