Question / Help File output errors

I'm having a problem where when I try to take a video, when it saves to the videos file, I'm unable to watch anything on it. Is there a way to save it as a .WMV file as opposed to .FLV? As it is, I get a 7 second clip of nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your choices are .flv and .mp4. No option for .wmv. Not sure if .wmv can contain H.264 or not, but if it can, there might be a way to convert it similar to how you can convert .flv to .mp4.
