Question / Help Fez Stops Recording at seemingly set in game points

Hi, I'm trying to record Fez for a YouTube video (meaning I am using the recording only option). On my first two attempts however, OBS stopped recording without my instruction. When I viewed the videos it turned out the recording had stopped at the exact same point in game (when my character exited the first room in the game). Hoping that this was a singly issue, I started my next recording after this point, however the recording stopped again at another point (when you read the message from the mailbox in the tutorial 2D level). I analysed my log and the only issues it found were that I was using the medium setting, which can increase CPU usage, using VBR, had an excessive bitrate, and had a hook conflict. The medium setting is one I use for all recording, including of games such as MineCraft on high settings, which is (as far as I'm aware) a more resource intensive process. I must admit that I do not understand the VBR issue but it has been fine for over 20 gaming episodes. The excessive bitrate shouldn't really matter as I'm not streaming? The hook conflict seems to be an issue, but I had none of the programs listed ( FRAPS, D3DGear, MSI Afterburner, AMD Raptr / Gaming Evolved, Action!, TeamSpeak/Mumble Overlays or any other kind of FPS monitor or overlay program) running, so am unsure of what the issue might be.\

I have uploaded the log file from the session in which the game stopped at the later point (with the mail in the tutorial). I'm sorry if I have made any stupid mistakes, please forgive me as I am new to this forum and am not very technical when it comes to things like OBS. I hope you can help me as I was looking forward to playing this on YouTube :)
