Question / Help Feels like im dropping Hz while playing CS:GO

Hello!
Whenever I stream CS:GO it feels like im dropping Hz on my screen. I have an Asus 144hz montior and I would say that whenever I start my CS:GO while streaming im dropping to 80-90hz, which is terrible when you're used to 144hz.

I attached my LOG, please help me out, I tried alot of settings..
