Question / Help FC4 game capture freezes on login (probably uplay)

so yeah - streaming far cry 4 seems only possible using window or monitor capture,
becasue game capture works but freezes at the login screen...
also this game refuses to run fullscreen - you select it but it just goes back to borderless after apply...
fx8370 / gtx780
today updated both ibs and geforce drivers to latest releases, no difference before/after

I'm having issue with borderless and monitor capture. Game capture works much better for me and I have constant fps of 60 without drops on maxed settings. While borderless is giving me shuttering, again I assume because of dual monitor.

i7 4770k/gtx970 Win8.1

found it - my monitor (samsung bx2231) was overclocked to 75hz - selecting 60hz in game allows fullscreen to stay active - maybe someone can explain to me why this monitor is so damn grey and light on 60hz yet has these awesome deep blacks and great contrast on 75hz? (happens on nvidia cards - only an old 7600gt didn't do this) tried 5000/6000 series radeons once and thye didn't have this issues / im running DVI->hdmi cable
