Question / Help Fast connection losing half of the frames

I have a very good 100/50Mbit connection and Speedtest confirms it:

But TwitchTest says that I cannot push more than 2900/2500bps

Streaming with 3500bps makes me lose over 50% of the frames.

It started happening yesterday where less than 1% was dropped, but today it's ridiculous.
What the hell happened?

If you're trying to stream to EU ingest servers, twitch is having issues.

Maybe see if you get the same with NA servers?

RTT/ping is largely irrelevant.

u can see the bandwidth to alll twitch servers if u look better

I'm having this issue now, but aswel as on youtube ingest server. Which is weird. I'm doing uploads and speedtests speed is locked at 4.90+

twitch had some problems today with some providers , maybe thats your case aswell dont know

ive also heard that unless your partnered your bitrate shouldent be over 3300, why this causes issues i have no idea. but it seems to be a common suggested fix on here .

3300 is extremely excessive and why it causes issues when not partnered has to do with how twitch routes its viewers of non-partnered streams.
