Question / Help Failing to record

Hi,

When I try to record gameplay & webcam, and I've pressed the "Start Recording" button, the Rec time shows 00:00 even though the button has changed to "Stop Recording". I thought it might have just been an issue with the timer, but when I've played back the recordings, they are only 1-4 second long, despite the fact I was recording for much longer.

Does anyone know why this is happening, and what I can do to rectify it?

I read somewhere that it's something to do with having a sub-par CPU, but I honestly don't know much about computers, so don't know what that means.

I've included a log of one of the recording attempts. I don't know if it will help, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to attatch it anyway.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Yup, slow CPU.

try VCE (usings your APUs GPU for encoding

dont expect miracles, just expect being able to encode at 720@30, maybe

Follow the instructions on the main page, I wrote them and tested so they should be alright.
