Everytime i try to start streaming i get the message

"Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details
Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date"

But all my drivers are updated and im running in admin mode and i dont know what to do. I also added my logs at the bottom

It looks like you uninstalled whatever provided the CoreAudio encoder (probably iTunes). Reinstall iTunes (desktop version) or make a new profile.

I am having the same issue. Attaching my log notes as the issue is likely to be different. I don't even have iTunes.

The newest version of OBS doesn't support Quick Sync Video/QSV from your 2012 i7-3612QM

You can try replacing the obs-qsv11.dll from a previous working version. See this post for info https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/mfx_err_unsupported-qsv-failed-to-load.163141/#post-634493

You can download 29 .zip from https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/29.1.3 , extract/copy the file and just keep your 30.1.0 install.
If that doesn't work, try the last 28 version from https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/28.1.2 or last 27 version from https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/27.2.4
