Question / Help Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library (I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING)

The fix for me was disabling "Psycho Visual Tuning" at the bottom of the Settings / Output / Streaming area.

This just happened to me, and i just have to select in Settings > output in advance mode > Encoder Settings > find GPU and should be at 0 if not change it to 0. But that was my case. GG
