yesterday i used OBS studio for live broadcasts, however, when I logged into the program today, I found the error indicated in the title of the topic. driver just updated, video card - GTX 950 seems not so old, it should be supported ... or is that all?
My system is:
GPU - GTX 950
RAM - 16G
CPU - xeon e5 2650v2

To get anybody to respond to your question it is best to post a log from your system. However you could try to update your video card drivers. The GTX950 is 7 years old as a video card and it is possible that the latest version of OBS doesn't like it..

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Чтобы кто-нибудь ответил на ваш вопрос, лучше всего опубликовать журнал из вашей системы. Однако вы можете попробовать обновить драйвера видеокарты. GTX950 как видеокарте 7 лет и возможно последняя версия OBS не нравится..

I cant start OBS. It throws an error without starting. please tell me the path for the log file and I will attach it
