Has Studio EVER worked on your machine?
If not, then your system is below minimum system requirements for OBS as well as OBS Studio.

No its never worked, is there a specific list of the requirements I could check out?

HARDWARE support for OpenGL 3.2 or DirectX 10.1 in the video card and sufficient processor for the video encoding process.

Oh I use OpenGL 2.0 that may be why. Well thanks anyways.
