Question / Help Failed to initialize: Unspecified Error (Win 7)

I recently installed windows 10, and had OBS installed. However, I was one of the unfortunate ones that Win 10 decided to kill my computer. So, back to 7 I went, however, now I am getting this error now; Failed to initialize: Unspecified Error, on startup. Any tips?

I'm not sure how the 7 rollback is affected from going from windows 10. Be sure to install the pre-requisites for OBS, make sure your directX is up to date, video card is updated, etc.
