I am writing to ask you if you know of a plugin that is like an image gallery, but with videos. Where you can switch to the next video with fade out and if possible each video has a slower playback speed.

You could just put all of those videos into their own scenes, with normal transitions between them. No plugin required, just the basic functions of OBS itself. You'd have to use an external editor to slow them down though, export a new set of files from there, and then use the slowed versions in OBS.

You could run that manually, or you could use the Advanced Scene Switcher plugin to automate it:
