Question / Help Facecam not working, ALSO Webcam Questions

Hi there, I want to start twitch streams, and I've got most of my sources setup correctly.
I've got 1 problem, and 2 questions.

The Problem:

My facecam isnt working. I've added the source, and it knows that my camera is "Lenovo EasyCamera"
Yet when I add it to my layout, my face doesnt show up. Any tips on how to fix this?

Question 1

I want to film my ds on stream, and I've been told to buy a webcam for it, seeing as I cant point my whole laptop at my ds xD
Will this method work? Like I wont be wasting money or anything? How would I set it up?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for webcams I should use? I've been looking at this one:

Don't add a new camera for every scene.
Add existing.

For now go back and remove ALL the webcam sources then add ONE and use that one in every scene.

Done. I only have 1 scene, and I now have 1 webcam only, no other "Video Capture Device" at all.
Still aint working xD
