Acer - Nitro 5 15.6" QHD IPS 165Hz Intel i7-12700H 32GB 2TB, im on ethernet, download is 556mbps, upload is 23mbps, provider already came in and said it all checks out. i have messed with resolution, i have enabled dynamic network, tcp, have it on ultra low latency right now aswell. my bit rate is currently 4500. doesnt help at all it seems like.what model is your laptop, are you on wifi or ethernet, what is your internet upload/download

lol yes i am on spectrum, what vpn do you use? my anti virus comes with a vpn i might try thatare you on spectrum? recently i've had to use a vpn with spectrum because a lot of their hops have packet loss atm.

i'm using private internet access, if the vpn doesn't help make sure you aren't using a modem that has the puma 6 chipset. and if you are using the spectrum supplied router sometimes they are garbage as well, like the SAX1V1Kim going too try Nord and we will see what happens
