Question / Help Extreme stuttering in recorded videos

I'm trying to record Dota 2 with OBS, but get extreme pauses in my videos. An example on Youtube, and the log for that recording. The game ran at a smooth 60FPS while recording. My CPU never went above 70% stress, and OBS never used more than 12%, so I doubt it's because I don't have enough power. Are there any settings I can try?

EDIT: Fixed it myself, I used window capture to record the game, changing to game capture increased the speed incredibly.
