Question / Help Exporting videos as .avi files

Hi, I am having trouble. When I select what type of file to export as, it only says .flv and .mp4. I would appriciate if .avi was added, because I am running on a computer that seems to hate me, and I can't download/use .flv players or converters. Thank you!
 
I forgot to mention: In the FLV file player that came with the computer software, the video is stuck on the first frame, but the audio still plays.
 
Basically the video encoder OBS uses does not work well at all in an AVI container. If you can install OBS, why can't you install a decent video player like VLC or MPC-HC?
