Been Streaming a good 3 months.
started at 1080p 30 fps with 3000-3500 bitrate..
later on I went with 720p 60fps 2500 bitrate
Early April everything went to crap... couldnt even stream,
Can no longer stream in 60 fps, and bitrate fluctuates between 1500 and 2500 bitrate.
I don't understand if someone could explain to me how is it possible with the same internet and hardware go from 1080 with ZERO frame rate drops to issues streaming with 30 fps in 720p
Do not bring up drivers, ISP etc.. Nothing has changed, not blaming OBS, just requesting some kind of explanation
