Question / Help Exclude certain program sound, anyone knows if it can be done?

Hello!
I have a question, I have a question regarding if for example that I do want to hear my music and my games sound in my headset and my viewers when I stream. Is it possible to maybe exclude TeamSpeak sound from my viewers but that I still will be able to hear them? As I got some in my TS that doesn't want our conversation to be heard publicly apparently?

Route your teamspeak and game sounds to separate soundcards.
Use a virtual audio cable if you must.
